Next week, Forget Me Knot FC will be appearing live on ITV’s This Morning to talk about who we are, why we exist, and the support we offer 💙
What started as a simple idea has grown into something far bigger than we ever expected because it’s needed. Forget Me Knot FC exists for men who have experienced the loss of a baby or a child, and who often feel there is nowhere for them to go with their grief. Too many men are expected to stay silent, to carry on, and to cope alone.
Our aim is to help bridge the gap in men’s mental health support by creating a safe, understanding space where men can talk, connect, and support one another through shared experience. This group was born from loss, but it is driven by compassion, honesty, and the belief that no man should have to grieve on his own.
We have been incredibly fortunate to receive unwavering support along the way, particularly from Port Vale Football Club and the UHNM department. Their belief in what we’re building has helped us grow and reach more men who need support.
We’ll be live on This Morning at 10:20am on Wednesday 11th February 2026, sharing our story and raising awareness of the importance of supporting men through baby and child loss.
This is about remembrance.
This is about mental health.
And this is about making sure no one is left behind.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support Forget Me Knot FC 🤍
